· We Do Not Service, Window Units, Space Heaters, Portable Units, Vehicle AC, Kitchen Hoods or Appliances.

· We have representatives answering the phone 24/7, but our service hours are Monday- Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM, and we are closed on Sundays.

· Our regular business hours are based on established two-hour window frames: 8-10 AM, 10-12 PM, 12-2 PM, 2-4 PM, and 4-6 PM. The calls booked after the established time frames will be rounded to the next time frame; for example, if you book an appointment from 4:01 to 6:01 PM, your call will be moved to the next time frame, 6-8 PM.

· Our after-hours emergency service goes from 4:01 PM to 10 PM. Please call 773-800-1777 if you need emergency service. We have live agents 24hrs.

· Use the notes box to give us an idea of what is happening to your system; for example, it works but never reaches the temperature.

· Our regular business hours service fee is $105, but we waive it with the repair if it is approved the same day.

· Our emergency service fee is $125 additional to the service fee. We waive the service fee if you approve the repair on the same day. Holidays are considered emergency service all day, and the diagnostic fee is not waived.

· Quotes and estimates for a new or replacement unit/system are free and can be booked only during regular business hours.

· Let us know if we need a ladder taller than one floor to service your system on the following page under notes.

· A ladder surcharge of $125 if the repair requires a 40’ ladder to service your system.

Aircor Air Conditioning is entitled to change its scheduling parameters without prior notice. As a private business, Aircor reserves the right to modify its operational policies and procedures as necessary. Such changes may include scheduling adjustments that ensure efficient use of resources, better response times, or improved customer service. While Aircor strives to provide advance notice of any changes affecting its customers, unforeseen circumstances or urgent operational requirements may require immediate scheduling adjustment. Aircor values its customers' satisfaction and will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience resulting from any changes to its scheduling parameters.
