4. Business Hours:
• Service Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM–4 PM; Saturday, 8 AM–12 PM. Closed on Sundays.
• Time Slots: Appointments are booked in two-hour windows: 8–10 AM, 10–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM, 4–6 PM. Calls outside these slots will be rounded to the next time frame.
5. Emergency Service: Available from 4:01 PM–10 PM. Call 773-800-1777 for emergencies. Holidays are treated as emergency service all day.
6. Service Fees:
• Regular Hours: $105 (waived if repair is approved same day).
• Emergency Hours: $150 plus the regular fee (service fee waived with same-day repair approval).
7. Free Estimates: Quotes for new or replacement units are free and available during regular business hours only.
8. System Details: Use the notes section to describe the issue (e.g., “System works but doesn’t reach the set temperature”).
9. Ladder Requirements: Let us know if a ladder taller than one story is needed. Repairs requiring a 40’ ladder incur a $125 surcharge.
10. Policy Updates: Aircor reserves the right to modify scheduling and policies as needed to improve service efficiency.
