I have been a client of Hasco for approximately 25 years. During that time they have handled the service for my personal residence as well as my company (banking) where climate control was extremely important to my IT department. So, clearly one can see, based on my longevity with Hasco that I have been extremely pleased with the relationship. Yesterday's service was emblematic of the calibre of technicians that they have in their employ. James arrived on time, handled the semi-annual maintenance on my units and then proceeded to assess the work needed to repair damage to one of my units created by my 5 month old puppy. He kept me informed on the work needed to restore my unit to normal operation and will return in a day to complete the work. He was very polite and had the knowledge base to quickly determine the scope of work. I was very impressed!
